| My name is Andy Duncan. I have been sailing recreationally since 1992 on a 31 ft sailboat in the Houston TX area. Moved to the UAE in May 2008 and was living in Abu Dhabi. Just to Dubai at the beginning of Sept. Would love to some sailing in. I have completed my 4th Harvest Moon Regatta, which is from Galveston Tx to Port Aransas 150 miles offshore, which the largest recreational regatta in the US. Normally 200+ boats take in this regatta. I have competed the following ASA courses 101, 103, 104.
