Looking to Crew

Hello

My name is Dave Hughes and I am coming to work in the Construction Industry in the Emirates in January 2009. I am looking for racing/sailing oppurtunities in Dubai almost immediatly I arrive.

I have been sailing for about 40 years, from Cadets and Mirrors through 505 and Int 14 both in UK and internationally.

I have been sailing and racing Offshore Yachts from 25 to 60 feet for about 30 years and have sailed at regattas all over UK and some in Europe, have competed at International level on occasion.

I own and race a Castro 31 called Turbulent Flo, since 2000.

6th in class at Cork Week and 2 times Class 1 winner at Bangor Week.

Have experiance in all positions on the boat from bow to helming, strong tactics and good boat speed/trimming skills. I often sail on other boats as crew boss.
